Kool-Aid Easter Eggs

What kid does not love to dye Easter eggs? My kids favorite thing to do at Easter time is dye eggs and coming up with fun new ways that are easy makes it even better. Here is one way that we have been dying our eggs for the last several years that is super easy and gives you a bright beautiful egg when its done.

What’s Needed

  • 8 Hardboiled Eggs

  • 8 Packets of Kool-Aid (Assorted Flavors & Colors)

  • 8 Plastic Cups

Directions

  1. Add 2/3 cups of tap water to each cup. Pour 1 packet of Kool-Aid to each cup and mix well.

  2. Place one hardboiled egg into each cup.

  3. Let sit for 3-4 minutes, take out and set on paper towels to dry. Try not to touch the egg to much when taking out of the Kool-Aid, the color can rub off. Do Not dry off with a paper towel, they need to air dry so the color stays intact.

  4. Have Fun!!
