Identification: Baby Summer Bundler Sleep Sack (style number: 771718-07). Sold at Cotton On Kids stores and online between October 2017 and December 2017. The style number and PO number can be found on the reverse side of the care label. The affected style numbers and P/O numbers are identified above.

Defect: The shoulder press studs may detach from the fabric following wear and tear.

Hazard: If loose, the stud may be considered a choking hazard for young children
